Red Art Games Reviews

I grabbed a couple of Switch games from Red Art, and honestly... I’m happy with them!! The boxes showed up clean, the artwork/prints look really nice on the shelf, and they definitely have that cool limited-run collector vibe. Shipping did take a bit longer than I hoped, but the overall quality feels solid!!! If you’re into collecting physical Switch releases, these are nice to have.

Ordered from redartgames.com and it showed up really well packed. The game was in perfect shape, no dents or smashed corners, and the box had plenty of protection inside. Happy with the whole thing and I’d definitely order again

This preorder with Red Art Games was such a pain. I knew going in that limited releases can take a while, but this just kept getting pushed back over and over with barely any clear updates. After a certain point, it was really frustrating because I had no idea what was actually going on. Support did reply when I reached out, but the answer was vague and didn’t really help much. The game did eventually arrive in good condition, thankfully, but the whole preorder experience was way more annoying than it needed to be.

I assumed they’d get back to me quickly, but it ended up taking a few days and I had to send one follow-up. Once they did reply, they were friendly and answered my question, so that part was fine. I guess I just figured customer service would be a bit faster. Overall, it was okay, but there’s definitely room to improve.
